..it helps to calm down my soul. I feel good underneath the rain and I know I'm not the only one... all the life around seems pleased with this offer from the sky... nature seems more alive ... the view looks brighter and, moments after the rain stops, it looks more beautiful.

The rain can indeed be soothing! And because the earth is so dry, after such a prolongued drought, it is also a Blessing for the Earth... and for all Beings on it!
The rain can also be beautiful if one is a bit sad, or else when one is at home drinking hot cocoa and reading a good detective book!!!
